As we’re set to spend a second Mother’s Day in lockdown (it’s Sunday 14th March by the way) I’m missing my mum so very much, and not because of this one day of course, but it does kind of make you reflect that bit more doesn’t it.
As a mum myself I definitely appreciate my mum in a whole new way than I did when I was younger. Things I just didn’t understand then, make sense now and I’m lucky to have a wonderful relationship with her now, and to have her as a wonderful grandparent to my daughters too.
So thank you Mum! We love you 💗 and can’t wait for the next stages in the roadmap when we’ll be able to see you more.

This year though mixed treat boxes and cupcake boxes have also been a hit as families look for different and fun ways to share the treats for smaller lockdown occasions, and I must say I’ve loved the variety of the treat boxes and experimenting with different bakes for these. Although I know my triple chocolate brownies have already become a must-have for many!
